- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have used them for over 5 years. I find them to be very helpful, in a variety of situations, routine and emergency. I find the front staff extremely helpful and efficient, with very few errors in scheduling, mailing appointments and reminders, and getting me in on short notice. I have seen 3 different vets at this surgery at different times and found them all to be professional in attending my pets, educating me on various aspects of pet health. I am a medical doctor, with prior experience in customer service. I can't imagine anyone could do better than this practice, lead by Dr John but with much capable assistance.
